good but not transparent about no staff on site. not central but good metro connection..

Beds were very good. Nice Ikea foam mattresses rather than the usual thin ones.

Not happy that there was no prior warning that there are no staff on site. I was also not impressed that I was asked for my passport details over social media. Prompt online communication though.

Very poor communication

Hostel itself was okay.

The communication was extremely complicated. I arrived 15 minutes after 23.00 (latest check-in) and had to pay a late check-in-fee (180 NTD). That’s fine in general but there was not even someone there who opened the door for me, I got send all the instructions on my phone either way, so why to pay a fee?! The instructions were quite confusing and it took me a lot of time to open the doors. I had to leave the money for the room somewhere but there was no change, so I had to come back the next day after check-out just to get the change because no one was there before check-out. So all in all they caused a lot of inconvenience to me and I still had to pay an extra fee. Also the rooms are not really modern and the comfort level is low. Considering the price and the poor customer service I cannot recommend staying there. After one night I changed to another hostel that was cheaper and way better than this one.

There are blood stains and many black spots on the bed and it feels very unclean Unmanned hotel but automatic door locks often have problems, very inconvenient

Spacious Bed. Clean Hostel

As a foreigner they make it super complicated to check in. You have to pay beforehand via bank account. Otherwise only 2 hours of check in available. I was sitting for hours in a Cafe near by to check in because I arrived too early.
